Norman is professional, knowledgeable and usually manages to beat the price I find for hotels, holidays or flights. If he can't get a better price he says so and you still get the best deal.
The main reason I use Norman and recommend him to business, family and friends is when something goes wrong, Norman is there to help sort it. A real comfort when you are away.
